Production Process

  • Material incoming check

    Steel grade, thickness and plating certificate verification.

  • Stamping & roll-forming

    Progressive dies and cold-formed rails to tight tolerances.

  • Ball bearing insertion

    Automated assembly with grease application and travel check.

  • Surface finishing

    Electrophoresis, zinc plating or powder coating per PO.

  • Final QA

    Load, extension and lock cycles; salt-spray batch test.

Quality Control

QC follows AQL 1.0 for major defects and 2.5 for minor defects. Every production batch is sampled for salt-spray, dimension and full-travel cycle testing. Pre-shipment inspection records are scanned and shared with the buyer before loading.

Export & Logistics

Products are packed in corrugated cartons with VCI bags and pallets. Standard Incoterms are FOB Ningbo, CIF and DDP on request. We ship to North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia with full commercial documentation.
