What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock heavy-duty slide models: 200 pairs per size. Custom / OEM slides made to your drawing: 500 pairs. Lower quantities are considered for product development — just ask.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are produced and functionally checked before mass production. Sample lead time is 7-10 days; sample cost is refunded against your first bulk order over 2,000 pairs.
What are your production lead times?
Samples: 7-10 days. Standard production: 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit. Custom tooling projects are quoted per project.
What payment terms do you offer?
T/T 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment, or L/C at sight for established buyers. Flexible terms are available on repeat orders.
Which incoterms and shipping terms do you support?
FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW. Regular shipment from Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Foshan port.
Can you manufacture to our drawing or specification?
Yes. Send your 2D / 3D drawing, load rating, travel length, mounting type and finish. We engineer, sample and produce to print.
What load ratings and lengths are available?
Standard heavy-duty slides from 100 lbs to 500+ lbs per pair, lengths 10"-40" (250-1000 mm), full or partial extension. See the catalog for the full range.
What certifications and testing do you provide?
GS-certified production, 48-hour salt-spray testing and RoHS / EU compliance. Load and cycle test reports are available on request with every order.
What finishes and materials are available?
Cold-rolled and stainless steel (SUS304), zinc-plated and powder-coated finishes for indoor, outdoor and corrosion-resistant use.
How do you control quality?
In-process inspection on every batch, final function and dimension check, and full packing and shipping documents before dispatch.
Do you provide CAD or STEP files?
Yes. 2D drawings and 3D STEP files are provided per model after sample approval, under NDA on request.
What is your warranty?
12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
