Situation
An RV builder needed drawer storage that would stay closed on the road and open smoothly at the campsite. Road vibration and lateral weight shift ruled out standard furniture slides, so the assembly had to be reviewed against a mobile-use envelope.

What we reviewed
We confirmed the cabinet envelope, load class and locking requirement, then specified a full-extension slide with positive lock-in / lock-out. Slides are mounted to structural cabinet members rather than decorative panels to hold geometry under vibration.
How it was verified
Mounting direction, lock position and extension travel were confirmed against the vehicle layout before release. Every unit passed a 100% pre-shipment inspection covering travel smoothness and lock function.

Outcome
40,000 sets were delivered with a 25-day lead time. The lock configuration is now documented as the reference for similar RV and van storage inquiries.
