A storage-furniture manufacturer needed a repeatable slide solution for a cabinet line where every drawer had to open fully and stay aligned through years of daily use. The existing product used full-extension access to reach items at the back of deep drawers, which set a hard requirement for the slide geometry.
What we reviewed
We confirmed the drawer box type, interior width and side clearance against the cabinet construction, then matched the 76 Series side-mount ball bearing slide to the required extension and load class. End stops are riveted, so the slide keeps its travel geometry under repeated cycles.
How it was verified
Installed dimensions and operating sequence were checked against the approved drawing before production. Finish was confirmed per project, with zinc plating standard for indoor furniture applications.
Result
120,000 sets were delivered with a 98% on-time rate, and sampling was completed within 10 days. The configuration now serves as the reference layout for related furniture-storage inquiries.
