We build drawer slides and hardware to the requirements stated on each order. We do not hold a general ISO 9001 certificate, and we do not publish uncertified compliance claims. What we provide is concrete and order-specific:

  • Material certificates — mill certificates and steel composition reports for the material used
  • Load-capacity, cycle-life and salt-spray testing arranged to your project criteria
  • Dimensional and functional inspection against your drawing or approved sample

Send your drawing and the test or certificate items your project requires. We confirm feasibility and include the records with the shipment.

Inspection & Testing

Every order is inspected and documented before shipment. We share the test method and the result with the engineering team that has to release it.

How every order is verified

  1. Incoming inspection (IQC)

    Raw-material dimensions, coating and mill certificates checked before release to the line.

  2. In-process control (IPQC)

    In-line checks at stamping, forming and bearing assembly — slide smoothness and load sampled per shift.

  3. Final inspection (FQC)

    Static load, dynamic life-cycle and salt-spray validation on finished units against the spec.

  4. Pre-shipment (OQC)

    AQL sampling, packaging and export-marking verification before the container is sealed.

Lab & Equipment

Measurement and destructive testing are done in-house, so results are available within the same working day.

Salt-spray chamber

Neutral salt-spray (NSS) exposure for coating and plating corrosion resistance.

Universal tensile tester

Verifies static/dynamic load ratings and extension force curves.

Coating-thickness gauge

Confirms zinc/electrophoretic plating thickness to specification.

2.5D / CMM measurement

Dimensional verification of pitch, hole position and key geometry.
